Several fans were alarmed back in October when a German fan of TWICE's Nayeon uploaded a video of him documenting how he tried to stalk her by visiting the girl group's dorm and other places that she might have gone to.
The foreign fan named Yosh initially denies being a fan and claims himself to be just an ordinary guy who fell in love with a female idol and would like to confess to her in person so they could "discuss his feelings".
ONCEs reported their concern to JYP Entertainment and Nayeon also subtly addressed the issue via VLive few weeks ago. However, the male fan seems determined to continue his stalking activities until he meets and be "in a relationship" with her.
He posted this morning confirming he's already back in Korea.
JYP Entertainment reassures fans that they're on top of the issue and will take more precautions on Nayeon's safety as well as take legal action when necessary.
After JYPE posted the statement, Yosh replied and insisted that the agency's notice wasn't about him.

Imagining being in a relationship with a celebrity is a usual fan behavior but actually thinking it's gonna happen and insisting on making it happen is just next level delusional. People like this Yosh/Josh guy is scary because he's clearly obsessive and not getting what he wants might trigger violent tendencies. Hope JYPE will double Twice's security detail and never let Nayeon be left alone too.
