Are Red Velvet making a new comeback?

Red Velvet recently performed on KBS. As many people would have noticed, their hairstyle changed a little bit. Yeri now has pinkish blonde hair and Seulgi dyed her hair back to natural black. Joy has come back with bangs! I think this means that Red Velvet is preparing ReVe Festival Day 3! I’ll keep you guys updated for more info.
