In the video, Kyuhyun is seen listing out and keeping record of all the things that he likes, including a mysterious "Her". After the release of the special video back on May 14, some viewers raised questions regarding the identity of the female in the video, wondering if she is Kyuhyun's real life girlfriend.

However, Kyuhyun explained in his latest Instagram post, "Are you all listening to 'Time With You' ^^ It seems like there are some fans who may be misunderstanding things.. The female in the special video is a female model who appears in my MV.. Furthermore, I never even ran into her during the entire filming TT. I'm already sad because it's been so long since I've been in a relationship.... I'm so lonely... I'm lonely!!!!!!!!!! I don't even remember how to start a relationship!!!!!!!!!!! I hope that this will be translated into various languages so that the foreign fans do not misunderstand."
