The legal representative of Kim Jung Hoon's ex-girlfriend revealed additional information. 

Recently, the ex-girlfriend filed a lawsuit against the singer/actor, claiming she's pregnant with his child but he did not provide the financial support he initially promised her. Kim Jung Hoon's agency announced he will take full responsibility if the child is proven to be his. 

The situation became more controversial because Kim Jung Hoon had an ongoing on-screen relationship on the TV Chosun dating show 'Flavor of Love.' The producers explained they had no idea about the situation with his ex-girlfriend.

On the March 5 airing of SBS' 'One Night of TV Entertainment,' the ex-girlfriend's lawyer was asked if their dating term overlapped with the dating show. The lawyer replied, "It has to overlap. Their dating term was not short. It's not like she got pregnant when they dated for a week," and shared, "The ex-girlfriend is taking care of her body. She plans to give birth as long as nothing goes wrong."

The lawyer also revealed, "We have a lot to say and we have much evidence. Rumors say they dated for a short while and she's only using her pregnancy for money. But the fact is she got pregnant while they were still dating."
