Actor Daniel Henney donates $178K to 'Community Chest of Korea'

Actor Daniel Henney has donated 200 million Won ($178K USD) to the 'Community Chest of Korea'.

With the large donation to the social welfare organization, Daniel Henney has officially become a member of the government-sanctioned charity's 'Honor Society.' His donation will go towards The Purme Foundation to help the rehabilitation of disabled people, Seungil Hope Foundation to aid in research for Lou Gehrig's disease, the Pearl S. Buck Foundation Korea for multicultural families, and more.

Daniel Henney expressed, "I hope my small donation goes towards spreading a warm winter and sharing culture. I'll do my best, so I become more of a model of an actor."
