An arrest warrant for Choi Jong Bum has been dismissed.
On October 24, Seoul Central District Court announced the arrest warrant for Hara's ex-boyfriend has been dropped. The judge stated, "There is no condition showing the photos and videos were leaked to a third person. Also, it's difficult to accept the reason and the necessity to arrest the suspect when just considering the criminal facts alone."
Back on the 19th, the police submitted an arrest warrant request for Choi. Choi attended investigation of the warrant around 10:15 am on the 24th. The investigation continues.
