Actor Jo Duk Jae was officially sentenced for sexual assault, however, he's continuing to claim innocence.
Back in October 2017, Jo Duk Jae revealed to be the veteran actor who was found guilty of sexually assaulting an actress during movie filming. Jo Duk Jae continuously denied all accusations, and Dispatch released on-set footage that seemed to back up his statements.
However, on September 13, The Supreme Court of Korea confirmed 1 year in prison, 2 years of probation, and 40 hours of a sexual violence treatment program for Jo Duk Jae.
Despite the final ruling, the actor is continuing to claim innocence. Following the announcement of his sentence, Jo Duk Jae shared a set of photos and video from the movie set on social media, and stated, "As an actor, I cannot accept (the outcome) so I'm taking the dangerous risk of sharing these scenes."
