Kangnam shared thoughts on his former group M.I.B.
The July 24 airing of MBC�documentary 'People' covered Kangnam's new start as a trot singer.�
Back in 2010, Kangnam made his debut in the idol group M.I.B as the main vocal. Unfortunately, the group failed to gain much attention.�Regarding the group's failure, Kangnam shared, "We were too old to be idols. We weren't very idol-like and we weren't very artist-like either. We were very unclear."

Kangnam failed to gain success as an idol but he was able to win awards for his outstanding performance on variety shows. He said, "I don't have awards as a singer. I want to get one so I'm working hard with Tae Jin Ah�sunbaenim."
