The black-and-white MV follows Jang Jae In and a mysterious man during a late night meeting. The singer-songwriter said of her new track, "In Seoul Noir, there's a story about my growing pains that I felt since I came to Seoul at the age of 18. I think everyone is experiencing the same growing pains in different ways. I am still learning the wisdom."
