Lim Na Young shared her body shaping methods in 'Cosmopolitan'.


The PRISTIN member revealed, "I workout hard by receiving PT two to three times a week. I recently started Pilates. It helps not only with dieting but also in growing muscular strength. I try hard for health maintenance."



She also shared, "I'm practicing vocal and dance for our next album. I want to show improvement to the fans who have watched me since my debut. Please look forward to it as I work hard."
