On March 5, his agency C9 Entertainment revealed, "Jung Joon Young is releasing a solo single album, not as Drug Restuarant but with his name, at the end of this month."

The singer has already completely MV filming for the new title track, which is described as a heart-pounding love song depicting the promise of lovers.
Royal Pirates' Moon Kim took part in producing, and rapper Microdot has featured in one of the tracks.
This will be Jung Joon Young's solo comeback in a year and one month. C9 Entertainment stated, "With it being a solo album he's presenting to the fans after a while, Jung Joon Young has given extra care into production." And added, "Please look forward to the new song which contains the warm emotions that suit well with spring."
