g.o.d's Danny Ahn accused of violating the Food Sanitation Act

His lounge bar has already been accused of breaking the Building Act. Now, it's been further accused of breaking laws. His lounge bar has a permit for a regular restaurant, where dancing and singing is not allowed. However, he has installed a DJ box and special lighting as well as a dance floor. The promotional video for his lounge bar also includes a DJ as well as dancing women.

However, according to Chapter 21 Article 8 of the Food Sanitation Act, an establishment with a regular restaurant permit does not allow dancing and singing. If customers are allowed to do so, the establishment requires another license, which includes more taxes. Not only so, his lounge bar is not at a building which allows for such bars. 

The police said in regard to the matter, "The law is not broken just because he has a DJ box. We can only take action if the police catch the establishment in the act of allowing customers to sing and dance."
