MBN Star interviewed the idol-turned-actor in light of Lunar New Year holiday. Byung Hun shared his goals for 2018 and said, "Last year, I worked restlessly. This year, I plan to take breaks while I continue to strive forward."
Next, he talked about his strengths. Byung Hun said, "I'm not able to do it often nowadays but I used to practice my pronunciations and read immediately after I woke up. And that's how I found my voice."

Lastly, he shared a message for his loving fans, and said, "The weather is very cold. Always dress warm and I hope you don't get sick. Thank you so much."
Byung Hun left TEEN TOP and filed for nullificationof contract in February 2017. He has officially started promoting as an actor since then. Currently, he's starring in the play 'Yeodo'.
