On the January 5 premiere of 'Baek Jong Won's Street Vendor', a continuation from the chef's previous series 'Baek Jong Won's Food Truck', Gugudan's Kim Se Jung appeared as a guest MC!
Kim Se Jung and MC Kim Sung Joo sat waiting for chef Baek Jong Won at a cafe. When the chef arrived, MC Kim Sung Joo asked Baek Jong Won if he knew Kim Se Jung, to which the chef wittily replied, "You weren't there when I woke up this morning? She's my daughter!"
Supposedly, Kim Se Jung and Baek Jong Won previously made headlines for being look-alikes. MC Kim Sung Joo remarked uncertainly, "Oh, you guys are look-alikes?"
Baek Jong Won then revealed that he's banking on his real second daughter growing up to look just like Se Jung. He said, "I sleep well because of [Kim Se Jung] these days. Because my second daughter is literally the spitting image of me, so I'd been worried, but then she can grow up to look like me/Kim Se Jung. If she grew up like [Se Jung], what worries would I have?"
