Prior to Fall Out Boy's concert in Berlin, Germany on January 8, the members took the time to chat with their fans and answer various questions. One of the topics in the Q&A regarded their unexpected (but very welcomed) collaboration with the K-Pop idol rapper for "Champion" (Remix).
To the question asking how they came to work with RM, Pete explained that he actually discovered the BTS member at an arcade in Los Angeles. According to Pete, RM was playing DDR (Dance Dance Revolution) with a "zillion fans" following him around. Amazed by the huge crowd and RM's immense popularity, Pete became interested in BTS and reached out to RM for a collab.
