For the first time in 12 years, Yang Hyun Suk surprised Seungri with a birthday party. In reaction to the unexpected celebration, the maknae of Big Bang burst into tears and expressed great appreciation towards the YG founder. 

On December 13, Yang Hyun Suk also shared a heartfelt message for his artist via Instagram. With a video of the emotional moment, Yang Hyun Suk wrote, "#Seungri's tears #Prepared a birthday party for the first time in 12 years #I'm sorry if I've upset you over the years #Every child is dear to his parents #Seungri, a great man the more I get to know him."
