On the December 20 airing of MBC's 'Radio Star', Lee Juk explained, "I have this rule of my own to not sing congratulatory songs for someone who I don't know personally." However, Lee Juk revealed he sang at Jun Ji Hyun's wedding without having any deep connections to the couple.

He explained, "I get a lot of requests calls for events due to the popularity of 'It's Fortunate'. I didn't want to be singing the song for business. So I declared to only sing it for people I know personally. Jun Ji Hyun and her husband requested me to sing the congratulatory song (at their wedding) and I rejected."
Lee Juk continued, "But then the couple said, 'We can become someone you know. Let's have a meal together.' So before the wedding, my family and I had a meal with Jun Jin Hyun and her husband. We also ate together twice after I sang the congratulatory song."
