According to an affiliate, Sehun went ahead and created space for his own practice room since he didn't have to time to run back and forth to the studio due to his busy schedule.
Fellow EXO member Chanyeol had suggested the bright idea. How convenient!
Meanwhile, Sehun continues to work hard practicing endlessly in the studio in order to present his best to his fans.
