This year marked the 20th debut anniversary for Sechskies. In celebration, Sechskies prepared their 20th-anniversary concert, as well as an album. Fans were really looking forward to seeing the group promote actively. Unfortunately, they were overwhelmed with disappointment instead as the group's 20th-anniversary promotion was only short lived.

Following a concert on September 23, Sechskies performed twice on SBS 'Inkigayo' and made one radio show appearance on SBS Power FM's 'Choi Hwa Jung's Power Time'. The group also held a fan sign event in light of their 5th album. 

A concert, two music show performances, one radio show appearance, and a fan sign event concluded the promotion for Sechskies' 20th-anniversary comeback. The group barely made a variety show appearance, and now, they're nowhere to be found at all. 

Unsatisfied fans are criticizing YG Entertainment for the group's lack of promotions. Comments stated, "It's their first full album in 18 years but we can't see them on stage...", "They don't have any individual or group schedules... What are the fans suppose to see", "I guess the fan sign event was it for this promotion", "Please let them promote actively TT I miss them so much", "YG, please get things worked out with the broadcast stations... They would've been able to actively promote more if they could come on cable music shows and KBS."

Such criticism toward YG is fairly common. In the past, fans have filed complaints on the same issue with other YG groups such as 2NE1 and most recently, iKON. Fans dearly hope Papa YG will unlock the dungeon for good in the near future.
