NU'EST may be picking back up with the story they left behind.
The boys had started a series with "Overcome", where their 'queen' had gone missing. "Love Paint", which came after "Overcome", actually continued on the story with the words 'Waiting Q' in the MV (Q for Queen). The boys unfortunately could not continue with the story as 4 out of the 5 boys were on 'Produce 101'.
However, it looks like the boys may be picking back up with the story, as the same phrase 'Waiting Q' appears on their 2000-day photobook's cover.
Not only so, fans noticed that the teaser images matched with the lyrics that "Love Paint" had. The line "I want to sing for you, who came down by a rainbow" matched JR's photo, "I want to fill you up with the serene moonlight" matches with Aron's photo, "From the east, where the flowers bloom" matches with Ren's photo, and "My world that used to be black and white" matches Baekho's photo.
Also, the photobook says it's 'Part 1', hinting that there's more to come.
