It's been belatedly revealed Lee Seung Gi's fans set up a book cafe in his honor to celebrate his birthday.

On August 17, reports revealed Lee Seung Gi's fans donated a book cafe under his name on the army base he's currently stationed at for his birthday this past January 13. Army officials were already working on a project to build a book cafe, and the singer's fans contributed to the effort.
His fans even participated in the construction of the building as well as interior design to create a cafe comfortable for soldiers serving with the 75th battalion of the 13th special forces brigade.
Lee Seung Gi's agency stated, "We've heard it's still running well. Fans put in a lot of effort for Lee Seung Gi and his fellow soldiers. The army base was satisfied with it."
Lee Seung Gi will be officially discharged from the military on October 31.
