If idols wanna diet and lose weight and be thin that's up to them. Not that extreme diets are cool but I kinda understand the need to lose weight fast cos I used to do RG and I got weighed like every single day. But coming in here and telling everyone what the "right way" to eat is ridiculous, there is no "right way" to eat. For example – I can't do 3 meals a day, I just have a light snack for lunch and then dinner is my main meal. That's how I've been doing things for the last 15 years of my life (that is, since I turned old enough to decide what I wanted to eat instead of being spoonfed by an adult lol).I've done track and badminton competitively, I swim, I hike, I do all kinds of things and have never once felt that my "diet" held me back or made me weak. It's just the way I do things, and my body has adapted just fine. My daily calorie intake is anywhere between 700-1300 depending on if I exercise or not. Sometimes if I'm really busy I forget to eat. It may not be YOUR idea of ideal but it's kept me healthy and active so far and I don't see a problem with it.

These aren't diets. These are ways to starve yourself and it really shouldn't be promoted like this.

Now for me I do not mind seeing slim Korean Women as I enjoy it and I am happy that they are taking great care of themselves and I know there is such a thing as "Over doing it" but just take Im Yoona and Kwon Yuri (Girls Generation) for instance they are slim and they still eat well and exercise well.

No one needs those shit to get thin and stay in shape. These are just nopes. You just need to cut down on unhealthy carbs, take more-and natural- protein and most importantly drink lots of water. The right way is not taking less calories. The right way is taking enough calories and burning more than you take. The key is to excercise. That's what a good healthy diet is. Not the unnecessary starving torture.

I've lived ALL my life in Denmark but I have never heard anything about the Danish Diet

The 3 cup diet sounds pretty ok and healthy.. You eat a little from everything without depriving yourself from a certain food.. The cup only reminds you of how much you ate and prevents you from eating non stop as long as you resist refilling..

Why did you drag TVXQ into this if it hasn't even been confirmed? The comment was pretty annoying too..

I dunno why, but I find women with meat more beautiful. I'm not saying these skinny Korean women aren't, but I love seeing a girl who can eat. :)
