Kim Hyun Joong's DUI case has been turned over to the prosecutors.

Recently, a driver called the police in the early morning of March 26 after discovering a vehicle in front of him wasn't moving. It's reported Kim Hyun Joong was found asleep at the wheel with a blood alcohol level of 0.075%.

Key East Entertainment announced the reason Kim Hyun Joong went behind the wheels while under the influence was because "he received a request to move his car to another spot." The label also claimed that Kim Hyun Joong drove no further than 1km (~.62mi).

However, the CCTV footage shows that Kim Hyun Joong actually drove about 3km (1.86mi) and fell asleep at a red light. He remained at the light for about 15 minutes while other cars drove around him. He was later awakened by the police after a passerby reported the suspicious vehicle.

....I feel disappointed. Yes I supported him throughout the whole case. But It feels like he betrayed me...I'm annoyed.

Can he get married to whom he wants

cheriebunny Thursday, April 6, 2017

This guy can't stop getting himself into trouble. I bet there are still fans out there defending his sorry ass tho. Ugh. Crazy fans. This guy is clearly not worth anyone's time. What a disappointment.

I suppose he has been very lucky so far, considering his life style and he's only CAUGHT once? But something I do not understand, for someone who (I heard) loves to drink; how much did he drink that he could fall "asleep" at the lights and only to be waken up by a police ? For sure, 2 beers wont make a casual drinker pass out.

Lafemme17 Thursday, April 6, 2017

If anything I need this negro to stay out of jail and out of trouble so he can take care of his child. You would almost think he did all this on purpose do he didn't have to.

IrisRose Lafemme17 Thursday, April 6, 2017

You must be judging him by what you would do. Such a mean comment.

hohliu Lafemme17 Thursday, April 6, 2017

Are you part of KKK? Such a nasty racist comment.

Lafemme17 hohliu Thursday, April 6, 2017

Have you ever heard of a black person in the kkk? I'm African American and I use that word to talk about any person. So no, my comment isn't racist

Lafemme17 IrisRose Thursday, April 6, 2017

I don't quite understand what's mean? Is my wishing for his kids sake that he didn't ruin his life and by effect ruin his kids life mean? That's all I was trying to say. He needs to stay out of trouble and jail so he can take care of his responsibilities as a father

hohliu Lafemme17 Friday, April 7, 2017

You use a race to address this young man. You did not have a name that says Iamanegro Of course your comment will be considered racist and you could be part of KKK. I am Chinese and I will hate if others call me otherwise. I really dont think KHJ will like to called a negro either. You may not like be called a white trash too. Be respectful.

hohliu Lafemme17 Friday, April 7, 2017

Remove negro from your comment. No one will say your comment is mean. As it really is nasty to call a Asian Korean- a Negro.

Lafemme17 hohliu Saturday, April 8, 2017

You don't have to understand why I use it and I don't really care if you do or do not

hohliu Lafemme17 Sunday, April 9, 2017

Dont care to understand a racist KKK.

Lafemme17 hohliu Tuesday, April 11, 2017

Okay lol, I'm black and in the KKK

ITS NOT OPPA FAULT, ITS POLICE FAULT....THE  POLICE SHOULD DO THEIR WORD BETTER WAKING UP OPPA AND DRIVE FOR HIM. THE POLICE SHOULD APOLOGIZE AND GOING HIATUS FOR 5 YEARS I NEVER WANT TO SEE THE POLICE FACE ON TV AGAIN...!!!!!

loanthuynh YesIAm Thursday, April 6, 2017

No, KHJ is responsible for his own actions. He drinks and drives; then he must pay for his crime.

dreambigger loanthuynh Thursday, April 6, 2017

he/she is being sarcastic...

Skyepop dreambigger Thursday, April 6, 2017

You would hope its scarcasm, but there are some complete fools on the internet. Fools that think drink driving is an acceptable thing..

pink_oracle YesIAm Thursday, April 6, 2017

And the car company, how dare they make a car that let's drunk people fall asleep. All the cars should be recalled immediately!

dreambigger Skyepop Thursday, April 6, 2017

really? do you think police officer appear on TV? do you really think police can go on hiatus? do you think it makes sense? they say failure to detect sarcasm is a sign of a rare dementia. check yourself out. (i'm serious, no hate)

Riman Skyepop Friday, April 7, 2017

@skyepop Lol trust me capitals mean sarcasm. She/he was being sarcastic

twixcff Riman Friday, April 7, 2017

There are some KHJ fans who would actually say these "sarcasm" remarks as not sarcasm. Hard to tell who is who. The author should had written he/she was being sarcastic at the end of the post if wanting to prove a point.

dreambigger twixcff Friday, April 7, 2017

they maybe would say things like its police's faults or its not his fault or he's just tired, etc. but for the police to go on hiatus and not appear on tv, its just dont make sense because they not even appear on tv in the first place. and the hiatus is just absurb. really, check yourself up.

hohliu Thursday, April 6, 2017

I thought he was charged and it is settled. So there may be more punishment to come?

qwerty_Kpop hohliu Thursday, April 6, 2017

a fine of 3MW or ~2500 usd at max for this offence... as defined in Korean law....

it is what it is for all citizens, they can't make an exception for him , right?

_Jarhon hohliu Thursday, April 6, 2017

" The criminal punishment for drunk driving is imprisonment for not more than 3 years or a (criminal) fine not exceeding 10 million won. At the same time, the offender’s driver’s license will either be revoked or suspended for a period of time."

_Jarhon hohliu Thursday, April 6, 2017

Obviously those are max penalties, he'll more like get anywhere from 3m to 6m fine and suspension of his driver's license.

malmalmal _Jarhon Wednesday, April 12, 2017

Somebody somehow made big problem into BIGGER, wonder why?

shyloone Thursday, April 6, 2017

pink_oracle shyloone Thursday, April 6, 2017

KIM HYUN JOONG!

smokeee Thursday, April 6, 2017

his rep is screwed.  he was vindicated with the msChoi stuff but this is so bad with the video that it makes the msChoi stuff seem like he was guilty of everything now.  celebs drunk driving in korea means no more TV appearances but i guess since he's a actor he'll probably still get work.  movie actors dont seem to be affected as much as tv people.
