Kim Hyun Joong's DUI case has been turned over to the prosecutors.
Recently, a driver called the police in the early morning of March 26 after discovering a vehicle in front of him wasn't moving. It's reported Kim Hyun Joong was found asleep at the wheel with a blood alcohol level of 0.075%.
Key East Entertainment announced the reason Kim Hyun Joong went behind the wheels while under the influence was because "he received a request to move his car to another spot." The label also claimed that Kim Hyun Joong drove no further than 1km (~.62mi).
However, the CCTV footage shows that Kim Hyun Joong actually drove about 3km (1.86mi) and fell asleep at a red light. He remained at the light for about 15 minutes while other cars drove around him. He was later awakened by the police after a passerby reported the suspicious vehicle.
