With confirmations that the drama will kick off production shortly, it seems the cast has also been confirmed. The above 4 mentioned, along with the rest of the cast members, will meet for a script reading on March 16.
'Bride of the Water God' will be written by Jung Yoon Jung also responsible for drama 'Misaeng'. Furthermore, director Kim Byung Soo in charge of 'Nine: Nine Time Travels' will be directing this next project.
Based on a Korean manhwa of the same title, 'Bride of the Water God' is a fantasy romantic comedy.
