Along with Nada, Wassup's Jinju and Da In are filing lawsuits against their current label Mafia Records.

Yesterday, it was announced that Nada filed a lawsuit against the label due to lack of payment. According to reports, fellow Wassup members, Jinju and Da In, are also taking legal action for similar reasons.

In response, Mafia Records stated, "We're also preparing to take legal actions against the 3 members who requested contract termination." The label also explained that Wassup's revenues are still small compared to the investment costs. There's also claims that Wassup promoted independently such as going to events without notifying Mafia Records.

On the other hand, Nada expressed frustration on the phone with Star News, stating, "Mafia Records' claims are exaggerated. I'm so frustrated."

Whatever happens, I hope Nari continues in the business. I can't live without her smile in my life.

And ya'll were hatin on Nada.

Everyone who was hating on Nada, saying that she didn't care about the group, saying that she was selfish and out for her own interests- I'm hearing crickets from y'all now. Clearly the problems run deep here, and the company is at fault. People are so quick to judge before they get all the information, I wish all these young women the best for this upcoming, uphill battle with their agency. They deserve better than this.

RISE UP WASSUP

pink_oracle Wednesday, February 1, 2017

How on earth would they organised going to an event without the agencies participation? Who paid for the travel, accommodation, wardrobe etc?  They clearly didn't use their salaries.

DZico Wednesday, February 1, 2017

if they want to terminate the contract they should return the invested money that the company spend on them , why should the company suffer loss cuz of them ?

pink_oracle DZico Wednesday, February 1, 2017

If they're looking for earnings then it means they've already paid off their trainee money.

k_fierce pink_oracle Wednesday, February 1, 2017

But it seems like they have not paid it off that's why the company does not want to settle according to the new article on koreaboo.

Looks like we're in for another lengthy contract court battle.
