Broadcasted on February 10, singer Hong Jin Young revealed her history of trying to debut in an idol group on 'Unnies' Slam Dunk 2.'

"The first confirmed group was called 'Club Jin', the manager liked clubbing so he named the group after that. However, I wasn't able to debut," expressing her sorrow.

Next, "'Pink Spicy' came up. The manager liked the color pink and wanted to present the hotness of pink. But that team also didn't make it either." And "finally there was team 'Swan' which failed 3 months in. It's just like the name. You became a swan," the singer shared.

Hong Jin Young then commented on her trainee days, "We practiced without getting any sleep. I was really upset but continued on with wanting to really debut as a singer." She also mentioned, "I ran away when they suggested I go for the trot genre. If I had done something back then, maybe I wouldn't have felt so bad."
