The woman who spread false rumors about singer/actor "Lee Seung Gi having a secret child" was fined.
Last June, the woman spread the rumors about the star saying that he had a secret child with his makeup artist. Adding that Lee Seung Gi looks after the child from time to time. The woman went as far as posting pictures of a woman not related to the actor, causing frenzy within the online community.
As the rumors spread widely, Lee Seung Gi's agency took action. According to a news outlet on January 30, the 46-year old woman confessed for what she had done and was charged with a $867 fine.
