'My Sassy Girl' couple, Jun Ji Hyun and Cha Tae Hyun, reunited on 'The Legend of the Blue Sea'! 


On the November 24 airing of the SBS drama, Cha Tae Hyun made a special cameo appearance as a con-artist who tries to pull one over on Jun Ji Hyun, a clueless mermaid who is trying to adjust to life above water.

The  two actors had fantastic chemistry in the hit movie, 'My Sassy Girl' back in 2001. 


In the scene in the drama, Cha Tae Hyun tries to fool Jun Ji Hyun but fails because she doesn't know how to read and therefore, cannot fall for his tricks. Cha Tae Hyun, frustrated, laments out loud, "You're so aggressive. Not just aggressive, but sassy," a line that makes viewers think back to their time together in the movie.
