Actors Park Bo Gum and Lee Jun Young are set to captivate not only viewers but also music lovers with their emotional collaboration.
On June 18, a representative from KBS 2TV announced that the duo will officially release the digital single “If It Were Me (Piano by Park Bo Gum)” on June 20 at 6 PM KST through major music streaming platforms.
The track is a live performance originally featured on 'The Seasons – Park Bo Gum’s Cantabile,' which aired this past April. In the performance, Lee Jun Young delivered a powerful and emotionally rich vocal rendition, accompanied by Park Bo Gum’s delicate piano arrangement.

Their version of “If It Were Me” offers a unique charm, distinct from the original. Lee Jun Young’s compelling vocals combined with Park Bo Gum’s gentle piano melodies created a touching and harmonious stage that drew praise from viewers.
The performance quickly went viral, with the YouTube Shorts clip surpassing 1.2 million views, and fans have continuously requested an official audio release.
Park Bo Gum and Lee Jun Young first worked together on the upcoming drama 'When Life Gives You Tangerines,' where Park plays Gwan Shik, the husband of IU’s character Ae Soon, and Lee plays Young Beom, the fiancé of their daughter Geum Myung (also played by IU).
The KBS representative added, “Park Bo Gum is the first MC of 'The Seasons' to release a track he personally performed on. Given his ongoing passion and sincerity for music, we hope fans look forward to it.”
