Actor Park Yoo Hwan is revealed to have been absent at the second mediation with his alleged former common-law wife.
This past May, Park Yoo Hwan, also known as JYJ Yoochun's brother, was sued by his ex-girlfriend for compensation of damages due to an alleged common law marriage. The second hearing for the lawsuit was held on October 4 following the first trial this past August.
However, Park Yoo Hwan is said to have not shown up in court, while ex-girlfriend A was present with a lawyer.
His agency C-JeS Entertainment commented, "The court will determine right and wrong through a trial. This company will do its best to prevent defamation of character against the actor. We'll state our side following the results of the trial."
