Lee Kuk Ju leaves mysterious comment about work and social status

Lee Kuk Ju gave her thoughts on social status and work through Instagram on October 14.

She wrote, "Just because they use us and bother us doesn't make them higher in ranking and us lower in ranking.  We, whom they don't pay heed to and disregard, are really the better ones.  Just because they have a lot of money and are higher-ups do not mean they are better at all.  I don't care whether I fall to the lowest rank, I just want to work with good people."

Looks like she's fed up with work and the people around her? She's addressing quite a lot of topics like wealth, social status, hierarchies, and more. What do you make of this?
