On October 11, dating rumors linked together John Park and Urban Zakapa's Jo Hyun Ah, only for both labels to responded with denials and clarifications that the two are close friends.

John Park's interview with Ilgan Sports from about 2 weeks ago also seems to prove that the singer is indeed single. During the talk, John Park said about his love life, "I think I'm lonely but I don't want to date. I don't know what kind of theory this is but that's just how I feel. When you date, you have to focus only on dating, but I have to work on music and it'll be too much doing both." And John Park clearly stated, "Currently, I don't have a girlfriend."
Well, the dating rumors were just rumors after all.
