During an interview with Chinese media outlet Sina, Lee Jun Ki talked about his upcoming drama 'Scarlet Heart: Ryeo' and his popularity.

The actor revealed his weight loss for the drama and explained, "The director wanted me to have a sharp vibe like an injured animal . So I went on a diet for 5-6 months and lost 15kg (~33lbs). It was for my drama but I became more healthy and my fans loved it so I think it was a good choice. I also feel like I am getting rewarded for the tough times during dieting."

He was already slim, so 15 kg is way too much. Please Junki, go back to your healthy self. It doesn't suit you at all.

I really like Lee Jun Ki but I'm calling BS on his belief that his fans liked his weight loss. His IG and twitter have been full of fan comments, for months, saying You're too thin; Please eat more =(

but a lot also say he looks good... specially the younger ones and even some who don't really know about his career. For me it looks like he doesn't want nor accept he's not a 20 years old boy, which is sad because he's a real talented actor.

I've been fat all my life and  I've tried so many diets that I can't even remember them all and the only only that worked for me was a diet called The E Factor Diet, I've followed that diet and I've managed to lose alomost 44 lbs in 3 months. If you want to check it for yourself you can read a honest review (in my opinion at least) here:thebestyouu{dot}net/the-e-factor-diet-review/

so sad, another victim of eating disorders.  A diet doesn't have to be tough, I know it by myself as I am losing weight without starving, it's just learning what to eat and when. And second, a restrictive diet never build muscles, again I know it because with all the medical control I have I lost a few percentage of muscle and was adviced to increase protein a bit. A diet to increase muscles has to increase some foods and exercise but never the opposite. He looks extremely skinny, with arms and legs like a pencil, I'm worried for his health.
