Actor Lee Jong Suk is as kind as he is talented!

He's grabbed attention for a T-shirt he wore on an episode of MBC's 'W' that aired recently.  He wore a black shirt that reads "My Will is Good."  Some fans may recognize this shirt from a campaign he joined a little while ago in which they sold the shirts and gave away the whole profit toward 'Save the Children' to end child abuse.

He isn't done promoting the shirt because he wore it on his drama this week, showing that he is a strong supporter of the cause.  How sweet!

The way asian parents teach a lesson to their children is considered child abuse in the west...this is culture specially in south korea that needs to stop.

I doubt this article is simply referring to corporal punishment. There are many kinds of child abuse besides kids getting whipped and beaten by their parents and LJS is promoting an end to all forms of child abuse. And spanking is still debated in the West as being child abuse or not since there are Western parents who think it is and Western parents who don't think it's abuse. And not all Asian parents beat their kids to teach them a lesson. That's an old stereotype that treats all Asian parents as a monolith. There are Asian parents who don't do that. For example IU said that her parents would punish her by making her read books.

we are little similar but in america my dad would punish me and siblings with a pillow over are head so no one to hear us scream and pull down panties and beat us with extension cord leaving welts that sometimes needed attention medically by our mother who was also abuse by our father. To this day I remember this and sometimes cry.
