First, Choi Yoo Jung showed affection for fellow member Kim Do Yeon, saying, "She's a friend that I can depend on. Last year when I was having a hard time, Kim Do Yeon listened and even cried for me. I was really thankful that she thought of me that much. My heart also ached when Do Yeon cried once. Then I realize that I think of her as a true friend."

On IOI's eventual disbandment and their debut in other girl groups, Choi Yoo Jung commented, "I think I will get teary and also kind of sad." She added, "It'll be sad but we will not drift apart."
