Park Bo Gum talks about his kiss scene with Hyeri and whether they stay in touch

Park Bo Gum participated in a press conference for the promotion of Hong Kong's viu TV on July 28.  

On this day, he said he was able to come to Hong Kong thanks to drama 'Reply 1988.' "I didn't know it would do so well like this," he said modestly.  "I did hope that it would do well, but it's an honor it actually did well."

Regarding titles like 'male lead' and 'male god,' Park Bo Gum said, "Rather than my being the male lead, everyone who came out there were the leads.  I'm very embarrassed to be called a male deity.  Thank you for viewing me that way."

He also talked about the kiss scene with Hyeri that became a hot topic with, "Honestly, that was the first kiss scene for me and Hyeri who played Deok Seon.  That's why I was very shy and embarrassed, but I pretended nothing was the matter and feigned calmness." 

Regarding his 'Reply 1988' family, he said, "When I don't see them, I miss them.  I've been keeping in touch with them even now."
