After the news of Big Bang being the first Korean artist ever to make it on 'Forbes' 100 World's Highest Paid Celebrities list, there's more good news for the group!

Big Bang isn't feeling any of the ill effects of K-pop's decline in Japan. According to Soundscan, Big Bang ranked in at 7th place in terms of cumulative sales for albums, DVD's, and Blu-Ray's. The group had a total sales figure of 2.09 Billion Yen or around $19.2 million USD in the first half of 2016. That's very impressive and they were the only K-pop artist to be placed in the top 20.
Congratulations to Big Bang! The group is currently in the middle of their 'Made V.I.P Tour,' selling out arenas all over China.
