Kris and Luhan attempt to reach a settlement with SM Entertainment in second adjustment hearing

Former EXO members�Kris and Luhan's attempts to reach a settlement with SM Entertainment�show no signs of progress.�

The second adjustment hearing of Kris and Luhan's ongoing lawsuits for the nullification of their exclusive contract with SM Entertainment took place this past June 13 at Seoul Central District Court. The last adjustment was held in September of 2015 which was about nine months ago.�

The legal reps for both parties were reported to have been present, and the adjustment hearing progressed in private. Following the hearing, neither party revealed the proceedings to the press save for the court's statement that attempts to reach a settlement fell through once again.�
