On July 3rd, singer Psy shared a short video on his social media with the caption, “Is this some kind of trick? They kept switching places to confuse us about who’s who. It’s seriously baffling. Anyone who knows, please tell me.”
The released footage appears to be from Psy’s upcoming event, ‘SUMMERSWAG 2025’. In the video, Psy passionately dances in a space filled with large shipping containers, even getting splashed with water while performing. The highlight, however, was the meeting between Psy and comedian Lee Soo Ji, whose striking resemblance to Psy earned them the title of doppelgängers.
The video starts with Lee Soo Ji’s opening performance and features both artists flawlessly executing choreography from hits such as “Gangnam Style,” “DADDY,” and “It's Art.” Wearing identical outfits, they continuously swapped positions, creating confusion about who was who. Even Psy joked, “Is this a shell game?” before giving a subtle hint, “This time, I drew my eyebrows a bit thicker.”
Meanwhile, Psy is set to hold the ‘SUMMERSWAG 2025’ event on July 5th at the Uijeongbu Sports Complex.
