Beautiful actress Go Ara appeared on JTBC's 'Newsroom' on December 24, where she was asked how she felt about 'Reply 1988's popularity as a senior in the series.

Son Suk Hee queried, "These days, Hyeri is coming out as the lead in 'Reply 1988.' As a senior through 'Reply 1994,' does nothing about this bother you?" and she replied with a laugh, "Even before the start of 'Reply 1988,' I had pestered them to make another production. The genre is different, the generation is different, the characters are fun, and a lot of senior actors I like come out, so I am watching it with great enjoyment."
