Hongki appeared on the November 23 edition of 'Abnormal Summit'!
He was introduced by Yoo Se Yoon who said, "Hongki recently released his solo album nine years after his debut. Recently, it has been revealed that he is close friends with actress Park Shin Hye, and it has become a hot topic."

Jun Hyun Moo asked him, "Is it possible being [just] friends with Park Shin Hye?" and Hongki replied, "It is possible. She's a really good friend. I even come out as a good male friend in articles. When I meet up with Park Shin Hye, we drink, we bowl, and we hang out. There are even times just the two of us meet up."
