According to insiders, UEE attended the Yunho's graduation event at the new soldier training camp in Gyeonggido, Yangju on August 27. It turns out those who came to see Yunho included his parents and his close friends, as well as UEE. As she was the only celebrity among the bunch who came to see him, they tried to protect her identity so that her being there would not draw attention.
Usually these kinds of events at the military are attended by family members and girlfriend/boyfriend, so UEE being there has especially raised some questions about the relationship between the two. Many are asking whether if the two are perhaps dating, especially because the two haven't been publicly known to be close friends who hang out often in real life.
Regarding questions about their connection to each other, another insider stated, "They have maintained a close relationship while being active in the entertainment industry. They both share the similarity of debuting as a singer and taking on acting, and they get along well so they hang out a lot. That is all."
Pledis Entertainment also responded, "It's true that UEE did attend Yunho's graduation event, but they do not have a special relationship. We think she went because they are close. From what we know, UEE wasn't the only one who went, there were other acquaintances as well. If the two were dating, then UEE would have felt more cautious about attending such an event [due to public scrutiny]."
