Recent reports of a man who has been ruthlessly dragging his dog on a bike near Goyang has sprung up and become a hot topic in online communities.
The photographs posted show a middle-aged man on a bicycle beside his exhausted dog. The man seems to pay no attention to his poor dog as he continues to fix the saddle of his bicycle.
In the photos, it is evident that the dog is showing signs of exhaustion and is panting heavily for breath. The dogs paws are bleeding and the animal looks to be in a poor condition.
According to the posts, the man who is undeniably hurting this poor animal was reported to the authorities by civilians and allegedly arrested by the police.
