The man who caused a scene in public by smashing in his $170,000 Mercedes Benz S63 AMG with a golf club is reportedly preparing legal action against Mercedes Benz Korea and the auto dealer who sold him the vehicle, Shin Sung Motors.

33-year-old 'A', who demolished his Benz back on September 11 due to an alleged defect in the engine that caused the car to shut down in the middle of the road multiple times, is planning to meet with lawyer Kang Yong Suk on September 18 to "consult the details of the incident." 'A' further explained, "It hasn't been decided whether Lawyer Kang will take on the case, but at the very least, I'm hoping that he will be able to advise me [on how best to deal with this situation]." 

'A' plans to consult with Lawyer Kang whether he, along with around ten others who are also claiming to have been affected by these defects, should bring a class action lawsuit against Mercedes Benz Korea and the dealership. 

'A' is said to have contacted Kang's office after seeing the lawyer's blog post titled, 'Class Action Lawsuit and Quality of Imported Cars,' which discussed the vehicle defects of another Benz owner.
