It was belatedly revealed that the actress fell unconscious on June 30 after having a meal together with the staff following the filming of her MBC daily drama. She was rushed to the hospital, and she regained consciousness for a short time on July 1. However, she fell unconscious again and is currently in the ICU (intensive care unit).
She has been diagnosed with cerebral infarction, a type of a stroke, and she's at a very critical stage. according to her reps.
One rep stated, "Right now her family, and her co-stars from her previous KBS drama 'Cuckoo's Nest' like Ji Soo Won, Park Seo Hyun, and Heo In Young are currently by her side. We ask for prayers from her colleagues and fans so that she may wake up."
We sincerely pray that Han Kyung Sun is able to stay strong and regain consciousness, and our thoughts will be with her and all her loved ones.
