Back on March 25, fans were rejoicing when EXO's Baekhyun finally posted on his Instagram after a long hiatus from the SNS platform. Looks like Girls' Generation's Tiffany was just as excited since on March 31, she followed her fellow SM labelmate.
Seems pretty normal right? A co-worker/friend following a fellow co-worker/friend. Some appear to think otherwise, however, as fans are flooding Tiffany's Instagram posts with comments asking why she would follow the EXO member in the first place.
Some angry comments include, "Why would you follow Baekhyun? I don't hate you, but I don't want Baekhyun to get hurt again because of this!" "Why unnie? Why did you folllow him? You know their fans will be harsh on you and blame you and Taeyeon unnie," "You're a drama queen, just like your unnie," and variations of, "Unfollow him, now!"
Currently, there appear to be many more comments defending Tiffany, saying, "Fany, ignore the immature SONEs and EXO-Ls. They are not your real fans, telling you what to do," and, "Tiffany can follow whoever the eff she wants and none of you peasants have the right to demand her to unfollow someone who you call yours in your wildest imaginations."
What do you guys thinks? Personally, I find the amount of attention for this one SNS move to be a bit ridiculous, but I guess that happens when you're famous.
