Rookie group 4TEN's TEM�has released a song to announce their debut!
The girls will be debuting soon with "Tornado" on the 26th, and TEM showed off her rapping skills before that with track "Who's That".�"Who's That" was made and directed by M.I.B's Young Cream, and it's a short song that's plenty long enough to show TEM's talents.
