Kim Bum Soo to join the judge panel of 'Superstar K6'

An Mnet rep stated on the 17th, "The singer who can ring hearts with his voice, Kim Bum Soo, has been confirmed to join 'Superstar K6' as a main judge." This will be the first time the singer will mentor contestants as a main judge.

He shared, "I know the hearts of aspiring singers, who are going through a difficult time and searching for an opportunity, better than anyone else. That is why I want to help the contestants who haven't been able to get their big break because of the focus on visuals. I thought that it would be meaningful to [help them to] unlock their potential so I decided to become a judge."

'Superstar K6' has so far completed the second round of its preliminaries which began in March, and held auditions in 14 cities across South Korea as well as the U.S., Canada, Japan, Philippines, and more. The audition show is set to premiere on August 22!
