However, most notable in the picture (after her sassy face expression, of course) is what's on the TV screen behind her. It appears that the TV is playing KBS2's 'Good Doctor' as the actor on the screen looks just like the drama's main lead Joowon!
The picture has attracted a lot of attention from netizens, some of whom exclaimed that she must watch the show while others wondered whether she was actually watching the drama actively or it just happened to be on at the time.
