Kang Seung Yoon and 2NE1 were the guests on the August 14 installment of KBS 2FM's 'Yoo In Na's Turn the Volume Up.'
On the program, Yoo In Na asked Kang Seung Yoon if he ever felt disappointed to start off again as a trainee to which he responded, "I have a good feel about my talents. I never thought I should debut immediately, that's why I decided to go back."

He continued, "At the time I was a hot new artist on the scene, but YG was the only company that said, 'If you come to us you will have to be a trainee.' I knew that this company would help me grow."
Kang Seung Yoon was one of the contestants of Mnet's 'SuperstarK2' and spent 3 years as a trainee under YG Entertainment.
